About the parasitic diode of TPS62110 and TPS62050, if it has spec., please let me know.
I would like to know the spec(voltage and current) of a parasitic diode as reference when reverse current by Vout>Vin.
Thank you for your consideration.

This is not specified but generally a buck converter can withstand reverse currents up to its forward current rating and as long as the IC remains within its operating temperature limits.
But instead of these older devices, the new TPS62160 and TPS62140 families offer much smaller solution size with much better transient response. So, they are recommended for most new designs.
