Hi!
If see datasheet 7 Page, We can see IDDQ(Lo)/IDDQ_LOW_P(Hi) Current value.
- IDDQ(Low Power Enable : Lo): 20mA,
- IDDQ_LOW_P(Low Power Enable : Hi) : 1.5mA
Our customer did test Low Power Mode using TPS65251EVM.
* Test Condition :
- Converters enabled, No Load
- Buck1 = 1.0V, Buck2 = 1.5V, Buck3 = 3.3V
- L = 10uH, Fsw = 500kHz
* Test Result :
- IDDQ(Low Power Enable : Lo): 10.2mA
- IDDQ_LOW_P(Low Power Enable : Hi) : 45.2mA
When Low Power Enable is "Hi", I think that current should Lower than Low Power Enable(Lo).
But The test result is the opposite.
Please reponse as soon as possible.
