TI website says that UC2543's status is Not For New Design, however, there is a UC2543M that is active. When I download the datasheet there is not mentioned of the "M" suffix. What is the difference between the NFND and active status of UC2543?
I looked up the product folder of UC2543M and searched it's topside marking. This device comes up in the datasheet as UC2543J. The datasheet also indicates that the M suffix is for the military rating of UC2543 on Addendum-Page 3.
Is there a particular feature you were interested in for UC2543?
