What is the max voltage on the input Vref (while V cathode is 0v)
I would like to know if the situation when Vref existing, While the V cathode is 0v is legal?

Hello Eli,

The Vref value will be 0V if Vcathode and Vanode are both 0V.

Vref cannot exist if Vcathode is at 0V unless Vanode is pulled down to a negative voltage.
