Please let me know about TPS63030EVM-417.

The Rippl measurement result is indicated to Fig3 of TPS63030EVM-417 User's guide P5.

Is this waveform a waveform to which band limiting was applied?

Please let me know a measurement condition.

Although EVM was measured, it did not become a waveform like a user's guide.

I can't answer specifically for TPS63030 EVM, but using 20 MHz BWL is common practice. Generally the intent is to show the primary shape of the ripple waveform without noise. I use 20 MHz BWL in all of my EVM user guide waveforms unless I specifically want to emphasize high frequency content, such as snubber design examples.
