Hi,

We are using LM5101A in phase shift full bridge DC-DC converter for Mosfet Gate driving. We are facing a problem with High Side Output. There is crossover between the  Top and Bottom Side Mosfet's Drain to Source Voltages.Here I am uploading the waveform images.

The driving signal from the Controller are fine with assigned dead time.But in the gate driver( LM5101A ) Output there is the issue of signals crossover  . The dead time is 500nS and we also increased  the dead time but there is no improvement. Here I am also giving that Gate Waveform.

Here I am also uploading the Schematic of the Gate drives.
