I'm testing with LM8335 evm & LM3290-91 evm to apply ET application,

but I couldn't find any information and reference about LM3290-91 evm from TI.com.

How can I get the datasheet, samples and software(GUI) about it?

I will try moving your post to the non-isolated DC/DC forum, I expect someone there should know about this product.
