TI TL760M33-Q1 is alternate part for for On semi IC NCP5500DTADJRKG.

This device has similar functionality as onsemi.

But NCP5500DTADJRKG ///  In ON Semi Make LDO has ON/OFF Feature available by Logic Gate but in TI Make ( TL760M33-Q1 ) no Logic ON/OFF control.

Pls suggest Compatible Part.

    Hi,

     

    Sorry for the late response, we will release one part which is compatible with Onsemi NCP5500 in next month, the part number is TPS7B6750QPWPRQ1 which is a 450mA linear regulator with ultra low quiescent current. You can find the latest datasheet online.
