1) What is bq29412?
Is bq29412 4-cell version of bq29512?

Hello PAN-M,

The bq29412 is part of the bq2941x voltage protection devices for 2 to 4-cell batteries. You can find the details on the first page of the Datasheet. http://www.ti.com/cn/lit/gpn/bq29410

As for what that symbol is, I don't know. It almost looks like some kind of spark gap indicator or a kind of cabling indicator. We will have to wait on an answer from the experts!

I have find bq29412 in the bq29410 datasheet .
And this mark is varistor my guess.

That symbol is a spark gap made from PCB traces.

For an example, take a look at the bq40Z50EVM User Guide, in the section that shows the PCB layers.

They are on the top layer, near J4 (page 15).
