Hi,

How can I get the TPS62150EVM-505 with TPS62150A device on it?

The user guide of TPS62150EVM-505 (SLVU437A -October 2011 - Revised July 2013) mentions as below.

Since we have been promoting TPS62150A to customer, we would like to have an EVM for that device.

If you can communicate with me directly, I can share background and business information.

Since it has been some time since August 2013, I expect the TPS62150 EVM to have the A device on it.

In any case, both devices are nearly identical with the only, small difference explained here: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva644/slva644.pdf So, your customer can evaluate the TPS62150 or the TPS62150A and see exactly the same performance, with the exception of the PG pin operation when EN is low.

Customer needs PG function of TPS62150A.

I would like to be sure that I will receive a board with TPS62150A.

Do you have any ideas?

This EVM should have been rebuilt with A ICs by now. I will check and confirm.

Yes, the TPS62150 EVMs being shipped by our eStore contain the new TPS62150A IC. You just need to order the TPS62150EVM-505 to get the EVM with the A version device on it.
