LM337L Minimum Dropout

I am looking for the minimum dropout for the LM337L. I realize this is not an LDO but I am using this where I need 1.5V drop out. I am running on a -11.5V rail and I want to ensure -10V out. I would also like to know the dropout over temperature.

    Hi Jimmy

    Taking a look at the dropout spec from others within this family of lin regs (LM337-N, LM317L, LM317-N), i would expect it to vary to as high as 2V or 3V across temp and current.

    I would suggest taking a look at lower Vdo linear regulators for this application.
