[ LM3691 ] Input Current Anomaly

Hi,
I'm considering whether I should send LM3691TLX-1.2, customer reported anomaly of input current, to failure analysis process.
Does anyone have comment?

My customer has reported that  some of LM3691TLX-1.2 on their board have slightly larger input current than others.

Vin: 3.6V
Vout: 1.2V (fixed)
Iout: no load

Under the conditions above, when customer check the input current for the both mode of Mode=1(Forced PWM) and Mode=0(Eco)

Mode=1(FPWM): Iin is around 4mA
Mode=0(ECO): Iin is around 2.5mA (Iin of other good module is around 70uA)

From the Fig 12 and 13, these current should be lower than 100uA at ECO mode.
LM3691 is quite small size, so could be some kind of defect of customer board assembly
(small leakage), however that defect affect to all mode, not only ECO mode.
It's really appreciated, 'If you can comment on this before going to failure analysis.
Thanks,
Ken
