I want to confirm bq24260 battery detection fuanction in the datasheet.
P18 8.4.6 Battery Detection
VDETECT = Vbatshort is correct?
VRCH is 120mV or Vbatreg - 120mV? (Vbatreg = 3.6V --> VRCH = 3.6V - 120mV = 3.48V?)
Best Regards.

Hello Higa,
The voltage used for battery detection can be seen in the scope captures that begin on Pg. 37 of the datasheet here:
The numbers behind these figures can be determined from the electrical characteristics as a function of the battery regulation and recharge voltage thresholds.
The calculation would like more like this:
Vreg = 3.6V
Vrch = Vreg - 120mV
Vrch = 3.48V
Vdetect = Vrch (OR) Vrch-200mV
That is the voltage threshold used to detect during current sourcing. The detection voltage used during current sinking is the battery short circuit voltage of 2V typical.
