Dears,

My customer design with CSD25481F4 on their system and while the SMD, there is solder empty issue!

It is very critical issue since the failure rate is very high!! (27 fail / 30 total)

Is there anyone have any suggestion?

I just sent a mail to Jonathan Noquil.

About this solder empty issue, customer have to rework (re-solder by hand) after SMT since not all pads of CSD25481F4 was soldered well on PCB.
