One of my customers is working on a 50W LED driver application on TPS92210-
Input voltage- universal- 90V- 300V
Vo-48V
Io-1.05mA
Single stringh configuration of 4LEDs (12V LEDs from Philips).
currently they are using SPP11N60 MOSFET- 600V MOSFET-
when they shift to a 800V MOSFET- They face an issue with flickering- SPP11N80. the issue with flickering is observed at Vac<150V.
Do tell me if anybody can has any inputs here.
