I use tps59640evm-751 ,have some problem.
1,I can't find software(ti-svid-gui_1_5_0_1.exe)but i setup tidc520 this software(when i open this software have error and lose communication (driver test OK))
2,Really want to use the software before you can use this board yet? If not, skip the software, ongoing testing steps behind it
