About the decoupling capacitor of LM2695

Please let me know two points below about LM2695.

・In order to discharge early, I think lower value of a decoupling capacitor.

Is there any minimum capacitance?

 

・When the decoupling capacitor was set to 20uF and there was OFF~ON, it became an attached waveform.

(Green:Vout,Yerrow:RON)

I think that turn ON near the 2.5V, it is right.

However, rise time is very fast, is it right?
