Hello

 

We are using the DCP020509 in our device and the safety lab is saying it is unacceptable because its UL 1950 listing is no longer good.

It needs to be to UL 60950-1. Was there an update to this standard that makes the old listing no longer valid? Is this a reasonable complaint by them?

I see that some of the other (newer?) DC-DC Converters have been tested to UL 60950-1, has the DCP020509? Is there a newer replacement for this part that has been tested to the newest standard?
