About the I2C power up sequence of TPS22993.

Guru 19635 points

If the power up sequence of I2C has conditions, please let me know.

・After VDD (or Vbias) rise, in how many times does I2C start?

・After I2C start, in how many times until the device operates?

・What operation is I2C not able to be read?

(Is there how to output Alart?)

・In addition , if there are notes, please let me know together.

Best regards,

Satoshi

  • Hi Satoshi,

If VDD and VBIAS are turned on, then it will take approximately 350µs for the part to accept I2C commands at room temperature.  Across different temperatures it may take as long as 900µs.

Once an I2C command is sent, it will take less than 1µs for the device to operate.

Also, there is no output alert.

    Regards,

    Alek
