TL4242-Q1 / pcb layout example

Hello,

Our customer evaluate TL4242-Q1 by the following conditions.
Could you please let me know recommended pcb rayout or example ?

Vin:9V to 16V
Iout:450mA
Vf(max) : 3V
LED : 2series
---
In this condition, Power dissipation is about 4.5W.
Thus, We must concider good PCB design.

I can found PCB design guideline in the datasheet P.10.
However , since there is no improved theta-JA data, I couldn't understand that we can use TL4242-Q1 by above conditions with optimized PCB design.
