I'd like to know which part does load regulation show on graph?

for example Io=10uA to 1.2A? or 200mA to 1.2A?

Other device is called PWM mode.

Could you please current point on spec condition?

The -0.25%/A spec refers to a typical value of either the TPS62081 or TPS62082 devices from no load to 1.2A load. The point is that 0.25%/A is very small--the load regulation is insignificant to the total accuracy.
