I have a PTN78060W on three of 500 boards that 20% of the time it will power on with an output voltage of 3.52Vdc vs. 3.31Vdc.  I have attached an excerpt from the schematic.  Input voltage to the circuit = 10.50Vdc.  Input circuit control is a mechanical rocker switch.  I have attached an excerpt from the schematic.  We have been using this PTN for years.  This is an odd anomoly and I am not sure where to start.  Thank you in advance for your time and suggestions.  Circuit load is 0.42 Amps.  - Fred
