Dear

I used TPS63002 for providing consistant voltage. It is included resistive analgo sensor. I made about 50 units, and it have 6 units which has problem.

I designed it for generating 5V fixed output, but it makes 3.7V~4.5V. I wonder it can be happened when tps63002 is damage.

I attached my circuit and Ti's example. My design can makes problem?

(I wonder why ti's example shows 5V fixed output, but it used diode for protection which can makes voltage drop)

Can you help me with answering following questions to help you here:

Does the 6 Units all have a voltage somewhere "unstable" between 3.7V and 4.5V? Or is the output voltage fixed, but the wrong number?

Can you please share the layout of your circuit as well?

What are your VIN and IOUT conditions?

6 units have different value as output voltage. I tried to used unstable as "wrong, not expected". Their value is fixed as their own. (4.5V, 3.7V, 4.3V, ...)

Vin = 4.8V(+/- 2%)

Iout = Typ 0.2A

I attached the layout, schematics is in previous post.

Other boards makes 5V well.

Is the output voltage measured directly at the device output (output capacitor)?

Is there a chance to take scope plots of VOUT as well as L1 & L2?

Yes, I measured the pad connected with the outpin of TPS60032.

I changed the part as new one, then the circuit is working properly.

6 of 50 is higher than even if I think it as fault in manufacturing.

One of repaired boards has fault again, so I'm gonna check out details on the board. I want to find what can be cause.
