Hello,

I am curious to see if TI has any devices that are comparable to the Intersil ZL6105?

I am interested in a part that has the ability to control ramping, current sharing, power sequencing, and has the option to be voltage mode controlled vs current controlled.

Does TI have anything with the above features?

    UCD9224 would likely be the closest choice, it can provide up to 2 rails and up to 4 phases in various single and dual rail configurations.

    The ZL6105 integrates the driver into the controller while the UCD9224 is just a controller and the driver is either stand alone (UCD7232) or integrated with the mosfets (UCD74106, UCD74111 or UCD74120) which reduces parasitic losses between driver .

    The UCD9224 can control the ramp up/down, current sharing between phases, sequencing and is voltage mode.

    There are additional devices in the product line for higher rail/phase configurations, UCD9246 and UCD9248.
