Now we have one inquiry regarding minimum cathode current on TL431AQDCKR and TLVH431AQDCKR from our customer.
Please refer to the item below, and feedback us with your comment.
When referring "RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS" on each datasheets, the minimum cathode current (IK) is described as 1.0mA for TL431A and 0.1mA for TLVH431A.
Please let us clarify whether these values have any tolerance on whole temperature range (-40~+125C).
