BQ24278 charge enable problem?

Hi Jeff,

With Vin=8,V and VDPM = 1,9V, buck converter of the bq24278 just worked well. I connect CD pin to the ground and changing CE/ as Vcc and GND. When it is connected to GND, CE/ pin starts lighting; however, no additional current is supplied from the power source whether the Li-Ion battery is connected or not. I tried with two different Li-Ion battery to make sure that there is no problem with the battery. What could be the reason that bq24278 is not become enabled?
