We are using the TPS22921 for a 3.3volt load switch with approx. 0.8 nominal current. Recently we are have a high failure rate of the load switch and we found that the ON enable signal is not a clean turn on signal. Shortly after ON enable goes high it returns to a low for 6 msec, then back to high for 4 msec, the off for 5 msec and then finally to a high state.
The question is can the internal MOSFET switch handle rapid switch times?
