I am using the TPS63061 to regulate 3V-11V down to 5V. The circuit works fine except when I first power the circuit in the range of 6.2-6.8V. Then the circuit acts as if it is shutdown. If I start the circuit outside that range and then vary the voltage to between 6.2-6.8V it works fine. It is just at startup that it does not work in that voltage range.
I have the enable tied to Vin as shown in Fig.8 of the datasheet. Any ideas?
