Hello,
I have a very simple H-bridge with one LM5101 hugh/low side driver for each leg. The bridge is driven at frequencies below 1Hz. Therefore the upper gate driver is suppliet from a separate 12V DC/DC converter connected across the boost capacitor (from HS to HB.
This works perfect, bu within the last week 2 drivers have died. The driver output is shorted (approx 10 Ohms). The FET in the top of the bridge is not damaged.
Does anyone have good ideas?
