Dear all,

Because of the large number of LP2951 type numbers I'm not shure if the (output programmable) LP2951CM/NOPB type has SENSE and Vtap voltage divider resistors inside the package. I assume they are not present, but I they are whitch output voltage can I set up with them?

Every LP2951 has Vtap and Sense pins with internal resistor pair to provide a predetermined output voltage.

The internal resistor pair in the LP2951CM/NOPB is set to provide Vout=5.0V.

This is buried in the LP2951-N datasheet on Page 6, Note 3:

(3) All LP2950 devices have the nominal output voltage coded as the last two digits of the part number. In the LP2951 products, the 3-V

and 3.3-V versions are designated by the last two digits, but the 5-V version is denoted with no code at this location of the part number

Donald is correct.

Let me add the LP2951 (no dash N) has a -50 and a 'no code' voltage suffix devices. Both have internal resistors for 5V operation.
