"When the 32.768 kHz crystal does starts and the 26 MHz oscillator comes up after and all the supplies look good from the PMIC, there is no apparent life with the OMAP. If I check HFCLKOUT and 32KCLKOUT from the PMIC, there appears to be no measurable clocks from the PMIC output. It appears the PMIC is not fully coming up. I have taken a quick look at startup diagrams for the TPS65920 and have not come up with a reason why these two outputs would be prevented from working."
Any reason something like this would occur?
