Hi,

We are designing MPPT chrge controller with reference to PMP7632 ref desing.

In that design TI used fairchild mosfets, can we use two CSD19531KCS part's in the place of FDPF045N10A and FDP083N15A.

Kindly advice ASAP.

I could not find this design on the web. Can you please provide a schematic and the board conditions? I will talk to our applications team about recommending the correct FET.

Hi Brett,

Sorry i mentioned wrong design actual one is PMP7605.

Actually i need clarification regarding mosfet selection as i 'm planning to use FDPF045N10A and FDP083N15A part but i saw in ti website new mosfet CSD19531KCS(100V) and planning to use same device for both mosfets.

Pls clarify my doubt.

I'm a little confused as the PMP7605 doesn't use and TO-220 MOSFETs, let alone a 100 and a 150 V.

Our best cross for the FDPF045 would be the the CSD19535KCS, although we are much lower resistance.
