Question: If my customer doesn't use /MR function, how should he set /MR pin?

Hi Tateo,

If the /MR functionality is not needed, tie the /MR pin to VDD.

Should we connect a pull up resistor to the VDD? If pull up resistor is needed, how much value is recommended?

You can short /MR directly to VDD.
