Is there a regulation of Turn-On time in Shutdown input of LP3879?

For example Turn on time is 7ms, is it no problem?

(I'm afraid that it'll be in the floating state.)

    Extended rise (or fall) time of voltage applied to the LP3879 Shutdown input is generally not recommended unless the Shutdown pin is connected to the Vin pin.
    The shutdown input circuitry does not have strong on/off hysteresis so the output voltage may go through a linear range, not fully ON, or not not fully OFF.
