TPS659113 external FETs controller

I try to use TPS659113 to power up am3874. My external FETs are CSD16325Q5, Input voltage is 5V. All dc-dc converters (VDDs, VIO, LDOs) work the same way as in MISTRAL EVM board, i2c connection works. But VCCctrl module not good, much noise in output and output capasitor heated. Maybe i forgot to configurate something?

    Do you have a decoupling capacitors on your high side drain, close to the FET? Also, your first capture looks like a light load / no load waveform, whereas the Mistral capture looks like there is a load demanding more current on the rail. Do these oscillations decrease as you demand more current from VDDCTRL?
