Shortlisting DC/DC converter with highest protection.

Hi

I am designing a DC/DC power supply which will be used in noisy industrial environment. Input will be 24VDC 3A (SMPS) and output of convertor should be 5V 3A. If end user replaces 24VDC SMPS with there own 24V supply,  then i dont have any control on quality of 24VDC rail. So i want to chose such a convertor which will save my microcontroller and other semiconductors from damage. I have shortlisted following convertors kindly help me to select one from them.
