Hello Ti,

We are using tps65020 IC is using for our board to handle the power management. The problem is; When we POWER ON and POWER OFF continuously [with 1sec delay], Sufficient PMIC output VRTC is not coming properly. ie, our board required 3.3V from VRTC pin of tps65020 at normal condition to enable the processor, but when we POWER ON and POWER OFF continuously, sometimes 2.9V is coming instead of 3.3V. So the processor not enabling. Hence board is not working. Please suggest that, why VRTC is not coming properly when POWER ON and POWER OFF continuously ?

How are you powering the board? If the VSYSIN and VBACKUP is not present then the RTC is powered with a 3V LDO from the VCC.

Hello Michael,

We are giving VCC from externally. But our problem is VRTC voltage is coming 2.9V instead of 3.3 when board is POWERED-ON at first time.

I think, what ever you said will happen after second cycle of operation.
