We have a 4S1P configuration. When we are installing the cells, the chip gets latched in a CUV state and turns off the discharge FET. These are all new cells charged to 4.2V. One way to clear this fault is to provide a positive charge current. Our problem is that the charge circuit we have only charges to 16.4V and to provide a positive charge current with the new cells, we need to provide at least 16.8V which we are not. Is there a command that can be sent to the chip to reset the chip and remove the CUV state?
