[ LM2765 ] Output Ripple
Hi,
My customer evaluates LM2765 with following conditions and see unexpected ripples on Vout. Can you help me to support this customer?
LM2765
- Vin = 5V
- Iout = from no load to 10mA (with electrical load)
- No D1
- C1, C2 = 10uF (already tried different values and combinations)
We have already checked following points.
- Probing (no long wire for return path)
- Different combination of Cin, C1 and C2
- Make PCB trace as short as possible
- No same ripple from competitor device...
Can you comment why this happen and suggest any of workaroud to minimize this ripple?
(As my understanding, this could be related to Tr/Tf of gate of internal MOSFET, this cannot be slow externally.)
