TI Solution to switch from regulated battery to USB power

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2104, TPS2105

HI Everyone,

So im designing a module and it will run on 4 AA's much of the time.  my mcu has native usb, and when the module is plugged in to a usb port i want it to be powered off the port and cut off battery voltage before or after the regulator.

I was looking at this

TPS2104, TPS2105 VAUX POWER-DISTRIBUTION SWITCHES

From TI and would love to use it however my module at times will be drawing 300 mA.

If There are any suggestions about a similar solution to cut off the 5v from the regulator and allow the 5v from usb to take over it would be greatly appriceated.

I know i could use diodes and mosfets however iv got very limited PCB space left and this part would be fine if it could take more current.
