Pleas answer following UCC27524A-Q1 question from customer.
Q1: OUTA and OUTB paralleled
Customer plan to use OUTA and OUTB paralleled like Figure 25 of datasheet, and they are considering to adding gate resistors in series with OUTA and OUTB for control SHOOT-THROUGH Current.
Customer wants to know how to decide resister value.
I think to meet absolute maximum ratings of “Output pulsed source/sink current (0.5 µs): 5A max” total required gate resistor is 12V/5A=2.4ohm min.
Please advise how to decide external gate resister value.
Q2: Equivalent circuit of each input stage and output stage
Please give me information for following request from customer.
Customer needs equivalent circuit of each input stage and output stage like following example (if input and output stage has protection circuit please give me equivalent circuit including it).
