Q1:How much SW Frequency of min & max ?

    TPS54229 is a DCAP2 device.  It does not have any internal oscillator to set switching frequency and the switching frequency is not directly specified.  You can get an idea of its variation by looking at figures 8, 9 and 10 in the datasheet.  The minimum on time and off time are only given as typical at 155 nsec and 260 nsec respectively.  Generally you should figure on maximum duty cycle as 65% to calculate your minimum input voltage.
