Our customer would like to know about thickness and materials of each layer of board.

    This is a very unusual question. Why do they want to know? It may take some time to find out and I am not sure how useful it is.

    What I can tell you is that it is a 4 layer PCB with 2 oz copper on each layer. The total thickness is 0.031". It's made from standard FR-4.

    Thank you for the information!

    According to our customer, they would like to change TPS62363 for TPS62361B on EVM.

    Therefore, they would like to know about information of EVM because they must add heat to EVM.
