I would like to know the temparature dependency of Buck Converter's VOUT(SW1, SW2, SW3), such Vout vs Tj.

Hello. Unfortunately there is no information in the datasheet on how the Vout varies with temperature. The engineer responsible for this product is currently out of the office returning Monday. I will ask him to look into this when he returns.

Hi,

unfortunately, we don't have any data of buck vout temp dependency. The datasheet only guarantee +/-3% over whole operational junction temp range.
