Hello everyone,


I would like to know if it is possible to stack two TPS60503 in order to achieve a desired voltage. Our specific application uses a 3.7V Li-Ion Battery, our desired output voltage is 3.0V, we are looking to stack two TPS60503 (Fixed at 1.5V) to achieve a nominal output voltage of 3.0VDC regulated, is this possible with this specific IC?

    Hi Pablo,

    Could you share more details about your application? Are there any special requirements to use a charge pump?
    Stacking two TPS60503 to get the 3.0 V will not work.

    Have you considered an inductive switching converter? There are a lot of smaller solutions with high efficiency available.
