suppose I connect both Vin and EN pin to the input power supply (say 3.3V), what would be the time from Vin (and EN) reaching to 3.3V until the output voltage reaches its specified voltage?

I believe you are asking about the soft start time, that would be 800usecs. It is specified in the datasheet.

I am asking of a longer time than the soft start time. The time I am asking includes both the soft start time (which is written in the spec to be 800us as you said), and the initialization time of the device, which is the time from a supply voltage is applied until it responds to an EN input, and is not specified in the spec.

The sequence of a device is as follows:

Supply voltage is applied>>>> initialization time>>>> EN input is high>>>>> soft start time >>>> valid output voltage.

I am asking of the initialization time.
