I purchased a TPS54240EVM-605 2.5-A, SWIFT™ Regulator Evaluation Module in order to evaluate the TPS54240. When I apply 12V to the J1 input connectors there is no voltage on the J2 output connectors. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your support.

If jumpers are installed on JP1 or JP2, remove them. Either will cause the EVM not to start up.

Removing the jumpers worked. Thanks for the feedback.

Perhaps I overlooked it but I could not find the jumper information in the user's guide for the module.

Sometimes we neglect to include information that seems obvious to us. The jumpers are supposed to be installed to cover just one pin when they are packaged, so that the board starts up automatically.
