I need the design details of the main switching transformer used in the reference design PMP10974. The design says only a value (260 uH).
Can you send me the design details of this transformer ?

Rahman,
The turns ratio can be seen in the schematic at the top of the transformer. To confirm how that is specified and to determine wire gauge, I suggest contacting Renco directly. Their contact info is in the last attachment at the top.
Dear John Stevens
Thanks for your email reply.
I couldn't decede which design to choose yet and will start all over again.
The product that needs power supply is multi battery charger.
It will charge 15 batteries(capacity of 500 mAh) at the same time.
Charging IC's are BQ24040 and current limit will be set about 250 mA max.
Could you recommand any reference design?
UCC24630EVM-636 or PMP10974 or anything else?
Thank you.
Hyukjun
Hyukjun,
sorry for the delay. I took a few days off work recently. Check out these reference designs that are closer to your requirements:
Or you can search your requirements to find other designs here:
Let me know if these are of interest and we can see if we have any boards still available.

John

Thanks for your recommendation.
All design seems fine. But difficult to buy the sample transformers in BOM , they are also not in online market.
So I'm going back to PMP10974 design. After buying UCC24636DBV and RLTI-1139, I will try again.
I will send email if I get no result agian.
Thank you very much.
Hyukjun
Hyukjun,
sounds good. If you would like some contacts for those magnetics vendors to get you samples quickly, let me know. Feel free to start a discussion on e2e again after you build up boards and start testing.
Regards,
John
