Need to monitor 48reals with 2X UCD90240.

Do you have design recommendation? should we use 2 or mode devices, is the project common or do need to design them separately?

Two UCD90240 devices are enough to monitor 48 rails.

How you recommend to connect them to monitor 48 rails??
Each unit to control separate 24 rails?

Yes. Each device can monitor 24 rails. You can configure a GPO pin as PowerGood of the first device, and connect it to a GPI of the second device. The second device will start power sequence once it receives PowerGood from the first device. You can also configure GPO pins as fault condition of the first/second device, and connect them to GPI of the other device. When one device has fault shut down, the other device will be noticed by GPI and can shutdown as well.
