We are using 3 Power Mosfets IXTX40P50P in parallel and driving them through an Op amp TL081 in a current source of 0-5 A. The sources are tied and are supplied with 25 V through a sense resistor of 1 Ohm. The gate resistors placed between op amps output and gates of individual mosfets are 1 K each. The problem is we are getting oscillations at common drain terminal. The load is 5 Ohms. The reference voltage to set current is giving to op amp as a pulse through an anolog switch. How can we eliminate peak overshoots in output current pulse at drains.
